The Royal Mail Statutory Pension Scheme was evolving into a defined brand in its own right, setting it apart from the Royal Mail Pension Plan. Royal Mail wanted the brand to echo the everyday items a worker would see at Royal Mail. These included things like postmarks and stamp perforations. Staff photography created trust and familiarity between the employee and the scheme. Capita asked me to supply copy for the new website in line with their strict style guidelines.
